I hereby register for the Cultural Tour organized by National Chengchi University, College of Commerce on Thursday, September 3, 2026. I commit to participating in the tour and understand that the participation fee is NTD 2,000, which must be paid in cash upon boarding the bus on the day of the tour.

I understand that cancellations and transfers of registration are not permitted due to logistical arrangements. I acknowledge that my registration is non-transferable and that my spot cannot be transferred to another individual.

I acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken during the tour. I grant NCCU permission to use my image and likeness in these materials for university news articles, promotional purposes, and other related publications.

I understand that I am responsible for following all safety instructions provided by the tour guides and staff throughout the tour. I acknowledge that NCCU is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from my failure to follow safety instructions or from circumstances beyond NCCU’s reasonable control.
